BOOKINGS, CONSULTATIONS AND MEDICAL SUITABILITY
All BBL-related appointments must be booked in advance.
A deposit may be required to secure your consultation or treatment booking.
All clients must attend a consultation and be assessed as medically suitable before any BBL-related treatment can be carried out.
Suitability for treatment is decided solely by the treating medical practitioner. Bananinia Factory reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, not in the client’s best interests, or where safety concerns exist.
A consultation does not guarantee eligibility for treatment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history information, including previous procedures, medications, allergies, underlying medical conditions, and any relevant complications from prior treatments.
Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in cancellation of treatment without refund of any applicable booking fees or deposits, where permitted by law.
PRICING AND TREATMENT PLANNING
Prices for BBL-related treatments depend on the specific service, the product used, the amount of product required, the complexity of the case, and the treatment plan recommended by the practitioner.
For injectable BBL procedures, pricing may be based on the volume of product recommended for the client.
For BBL filler removal, pricing may depend on the nature of the filler, the amount present, the difficulty of removal, and the number of sessions required.
The amount of product or treatment delivered is determined solely by the treating medical practitioner based on clinical judgment and safety.
If a client requires additional product, additional treatment time, or more sessions than initially expected, additional charges may apply.
No exact outcome, aesthetic result, or number of sessions can be guaranteed.
TREATMENT PACKAGES AND PREPAID SERVICES
Where Bananinia Factory offers pre-paid BBL treatments or treatment packages, these may be priced at a discounted rate.
Pre-paid treatments and packages are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another person, another treatment area, or exchanged for a different service unless Bananinia Factory expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Any products or treatment volumes purchased as part of a package must be used in a single appointment unless explicitly stated otherwise by Bananinia Factory.
Packages cannot be split across multiple appointments unless Bananinia Factory has specifically confirmed this in writing.
If a client purchases a package but does not require, or cannot safely receive, the full amount included in that package during the appointment, no refund, credit, or price reduction will be given for the unused portion.
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, pre-paid BBL-related services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We encourage clients to contact us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or rescheduling made up to 30 business days before the appointment may be made without charge.
If a consultation or appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 14 business days of the appointment date, up to 50% of the consultation fee may be charged.
If a consultation or appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of the appointment date, or if the client does not attend the appointment, the full consultation fee may be charged.
For pre-paid appointments, at least 48 hours’ notice is required unless a stricter cancellation period is stated at the time of booking for that specific service.
If a pre-paid appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, rescheduled too late, or missed without notice, the appointment may be forfeited.
Bananinia Factory reserves the right to amend booking slots, appointment timings, and practitioner allocation where reasonably necessary.
PHOTO ID AND CLIENT VERIFICATION
Bananinia Factory may request photo identification before consultation or treatment.
We may also request additional information or documentation where clinically necessary or where required for safety, verification, or compliance purposes.
REFUND POLICY
All treatments, services, deposits, booking fees, and purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals.
Completed treatments, partially used treatments, and treatment packages are non-refundable.
Where a client has pre-paid for treatment, no refund will be provided for missed appointments, late cancellations, unused package balances, or change of mind, unless required by law.
If treatment is declined on medical grounds before any product is opened or treatment is administered, Bananinia Factory may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, booking credit, or rescheduling option, but is not obliged to do so unless required by law.
If a practitioner determines during the appointment that only a lower amount of product can be safely administered than originally anticipated, no refund or reduction in price will be due for any package pricing structure already agreed, unless Bananinia Factory decides otherwise in writing.
BEFORE-AND-AFTER IMAGES, TESTIMONIALS AND MEDIA CONSENT
Bananinia Factory may request consent to collect and use before-and-after photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and written testimonials for medical records, educational purposes, and marketing purposes.
Any use of identifiable client material for promotional purposes will only take place where the client has provided clear written consent.
Where the material contains information about treatment or medical condition, it may be treated as sensitive personal data and handled accordingly.
If consent is provided, Bananinia Factory may use the material on its website, social media, clinic materials, advertising materials, printed materials, and other promotional channels.
Clients who provide consent acknowledge that such material may be edited, cropped, formatted, combined with other materials, and published digitally or in print.
A client may withdraw future marketing consent in accordance with applicable law, but this will not necessarily affect materials already lawfully published before the withdrawal request is processed.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment must be made in advance where stated at the time of booking or purchase.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking or at the clinic.
Bananinia Factory reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods, require full payment in advance, or request additional verification before accepting payment.

Results vary from person to person and depend on anatomy, medical history, previous procedures, product behaviour, healing response, lifestyle factors, and adherence to aftercare.
Bananinia Factory does not guarantee any specific cosmetic outcome.
Clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the practitioner.
Failure to follow medical advice or aftercare instructions may affect results and increase the risk of complications. In such cases, Bananinia Factory shall not be responsible for adverse outcomes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Bananinia Factory reserves the right to update these Policy & Procedures at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website will apply.
If any provision of these Policy & Procedures is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
