BOOKINGS AND CONSULTATIONS
All consultations and treatments must be booked in advance.
To secure a consultation or treatment slot, Bananiana Factory may require a booking fee or deposit.
Any consultation fee or booking deposit required at the time of booking will be communicated before confirmation.
Where stated at booking, a consultation fee may be deducted from the total treatment price if you proceed with treatment and are assessed as suitable.
A consultation is mandatory before treatment unless Bananiana Factory explicitly confirms otherwise.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.
MEDICAL SUITABILITY
All BBL-related services are subject to medical suitability.
The treating practitioner has the sole discretion to determine whether a client is suitable for treatment.
Bananiana Factory may refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, clinically inappropriate, not in the client’s best interests, or inconsistent with appropriate medical standards.
Suitability depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to medical history, allergies, medications, previous treatments, previous complications, current health status, anatomy, skin condition, and treatment goals.
If you are not considered suitable for treatment, this does not mean that the consultation was unnecessary. The consultation is part of the assessment process and the associated fee or deposit rules will still apply.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide full, truthful, and accurate information when booking and during consultation.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, previous procedures, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, health concerns, and previous complications.
You must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions given by Bananiana Factory.
Failure to provide accurate information or to follow medical advice may result in treatment being declined, delayed, discontinued, or affecting your recovery and results.
PRICING
Prices for BBL-related services vary depending on the treatment type, the product used, the amount of product required, the complexity of the case, the number of sessions needed, and clinical assessment.
Quoted prices, estimates, or starting prices are indicative unless confirmed in writing following consultation.
The final treatment plan and final treatment price may only be confirmed after consultation and medical assessment.
Bananiana Factory reserves the right to amend pricing at any time before treatment is confirmed.
PAYMENT TERMS
All consultation fees, deposits, and treatment payments must be paid in accordance with the booking terms communicated to you.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance for treatment must be paid before the procedure begins.
Bananiana Factory may refuse to start or continue any treatment if payment has not been received in full.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking or at the clinic.
CONSULTATION FEES AND DEPOSITS
Consultation fees and booking deposits are used to reserve appointment time, clinical availability, and administrative preparation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, consultation fees and booking deposits are non-refundable.
If a consultation fee is stated to be deductible from the procedure cost, that deduction only applies where the client proceeds with treatment and is deemed suitable for treatment.
If a client does not proceed, changes their mind, or is assessed as unsuitable, the consultation fee or deposit remains non-refundable unless required by law.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you should contact Bananiana Factory as early as possible.
For consultations and injectable BBL-related appointments, at least 72 hours’ notice should be given unless a different notice period was clearly stated at booking.
If you cancel late, reschedule too late, or fail to attend, your consultation fee or deposit may be retained.
Where a treatment date has been reserved using a deposit, that deposit may be retained up to its full value if you cancel, postpone, or fail to attend without sufficient notice, subject to applicable law.
If Bananiana Factory is able to reallocate the appointment slot or the actual loss is lower, Bananiana Factory may choose, at its discretion, to offer rescheduling, partial credit, or another solution, but is not obliged to do so unless required by law.
If Bananiana Factory needs to cancel a booking before services are provided, any amount paid for the cancelled unprovided service will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment, as agreed.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may lose the full consultation fee or deposit linked to that booking.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
LATENESS POLICY
A short grace period may be allowed for late arrival.
If you arrive significantly late, Bananiana Factory may shorten the appointment, reschedule it, or treat the booking as a missed appointment where it is no longer possible to provide the service safely and properly within the remaining time.
Where rescheduling is necessary because of lateness, additional charges may apply.
COOLING-OFF AND DISTANCE BOOKINGS
Where a booking is made online, by phone, or by another distance method, your statutory rights may apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.
However, if you ask Bananiana Factory to begin consultation, administrative preparation, or service delivery during any applicable cooling-off period, you may be charged for work already carried out.
Once a service has been fully provided, any applicable cooling-off right may no longer apply.
NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
Unless required by applicable law, payments made to Bananiana Factory are non-refundable.
This includes consultation fees, booking fees, deposits, completed treatments, partially completed treatments, and pre-paid treatment amounts.
No refunds will be given for change of mind, missed appointments, late cancellations, dissatisfaction caused by unrealistic expectations, or failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
RESULTS AND OUTCOMES
BBL-related treatments are individual medical-aesthetic procedures and outcomes vary from person to person.
Bananiana Factory does not guarantee a specific cosmetic result, a specific duration of result, or a guaranteed number of sessions.
Results depend on many factors, including anatomy, tissue characteristics, filler history, metabolism, healing response, medical background, lifestyle, previous complications, and compliance with instructions.
Photographs, testimonials, descriptions, and examples on the website or social media are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
RISKS AND LIMITATIONS
All medical and aesthetic procedures carry risks, side effects, limitations, and uncertainties.
By booking and attending consultation or treatment, you acknowledge that you will be given the opportunity to discuss benefits, alternatives, risks, side effects, limitations, recovery, and aftercare before deciding whether to proceed.
It is your responsibility to ask any questions you may have before treatment.
You are free to decline treatment if you do not consider it to be in your best interests.
FOLLOW-UP AND AFTERCARE
You must follow all aftercare guidance given by the practitioner.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect healing, increase risk, and negatively affect outcomes.
Any recommended follow-up appointments should be attended as advised.
Where additional treatment, correction, review, or top-up is required, this may involve additional cost unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEDIA
Bananiana Factory may take clinical photographs before, during, or after treatment for medical record purposes.
Any use of photographs, videos, testimonials, or other client material for education, marketing, or promotional purposes will only take place where appropriate consent has been obtained.
You may refuse marketing consent without affecting your access to treatment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the above, Bananiana Factory shall not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, or consequential loss arising out of website use, bookings, or treatment services.
Bananiana Factory is not liable for outcomes affected by inaccurate information provided by the client, failure to disclose relevant history, failure to follow instructions, or third-party procedures previously carried out elsewhere.
DATA PROTECTION
Any personal data provided to Bananiana Factory will be handled in accordance with the Bananiana Factory Privacy Centre and applicable data protection law.
By contacting Bananiana Factory or booking services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed for booking, communication, treatment, record-keeping, compliance, and related business purposes.
THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Bananiana Factory may use trusted third-party providers for bookings, communications, payments, IT systems, and other operational services.
Where such providers are used, this does not make Bananiana Factory responsible for losses arising solely from external systems beyond its reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
FORCE MAJEURE
